RENNY BRYDEN grew up in Clearwater, FL and graduated from Clearwater high, then on to University of Florida. She joined Canada Trust Real Estate in 1985 and became a Re/Max Agent in 1989. She is a dual citizen of the US and Canada. Renny left Re/Max and came to Charles Rutenberg Real Estate in 2017. Renny’s success in real estate is attributed to actually listening to what people are saying and then she centers in on finding the perfect property. In 2005 she earned the Re/Max International Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement award.
Animals are very important to her, so if you need a pet property, she’s your girl. She donates to many animal charities. Renny has been a boater for many years and understands that aspect of the area. She has belonged to several yacht clubs and is a lifetime member of Dunedin Boat Club. Renny is caring and competent and takes her job very seriously selling houses, condos, income property and double wide mobile homes in land owned parks & private land.
Renny works in all of Pinellas county and some in Pasco county. She is incredibly ambitious & you will be so glad you chose to work with her.
